Ambie Earcuffs Solve the Sweaty Earphones Problem

Earphones tin can exist a lot more than convenient to clothing than headphones, especially when on the move. But they do have their own set of problems. They can become uncomfortable sitting in your ear with extended use, they tin cause your ears to heat upward and sweat, and they tend to cake ambience sounds and ordinarily need to be removed to have a conversation.

According to Nikkei Engineering, Japanese company Ambie aims to fix all of those bug with its new Ambie Audio Earcuffs. They are earphones, but they don't sit down directly over and inside your ear canal.

Instead, the Earcuffs wrap snugly around the border of your auricula (the outside part of our ears) with the audio directed in to the ear canal, just without coming into directly contact with it. Sound leakage is at the same level as a standard set of earphones.

This new pattern uses a dome type 9mm dynamic driver unit and makes information technology possible to hear as normal while also listening to music or chatting with someone. The Earcuffs contain a microphone and remote command on the cable to allow for hands-complimentary calls. They only counterbalance 5.two grams meaning yous'll probably forget yous're wearing them.
